Cover Up Tattoo On Hand: Name to Floral

First off, how to cover up a name or text tattoo that you no longer want?
There are several ways and it doesn't have to be a solid black tribal tattoo like many people assume.

In this case a feminine floral and swirl design was chosen.

Ths is the name that she wanted covering on the outside of the hand:
